Dear Parents:

As we prepare for our first upcoming swim meet, this week will be a very
important week of practice. Practice times will be at the normal time on
Monday. However on Tuesday, JUNE 9, we will be conducting our "TIME TRIALS."
That's Tuesday, JUNE 9. Everything in the sport of swimming is based on
times, so Tuesday will be extremely important. This will be a great time of
learning how to line up, how to start, how to gather in the right spot, how
to get used to the starter system, etc.

In order to accommodate everyone efficiently, we are making slight changes
in practice times: When you arrive, look for coaches and signs that will
direct you to a holding area for each age group.

PRACTICE TIMES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

8:30 - 7(as of June 1st) AND UNDER

9:30 - 8, 9, 10 YR OLDS

10:30 - 11/12, 13/14, 15-18

EVENING PRACTICE TIME TRIALS WILL BE WEDNESDAY, JUNE 10

We will continue to practice at these times the entire week. We hope it not
an inconvenience (We realize this splits up our 7 and 8 year olds, but we're
hoping this will also enable us to better serve our young swimmers by better
balancing our numbers). FUN FRIDAY will be dive and swim day.
